You can simply bread the chicken and instead of deep-frying, we can pan sear it with some olive oil or use a non-stick spray. It will still have that golden brown look with much less fat. You can finish cooking it in the oven with some white wine or low sodium chicken stock. A great way to change this recipe and make it healthier.

You can also begin to do more grilling. This is a great way to prepare chicken and make it a healthier dish. Simply marinate the chicken with fresh herbs or even make your own marinade will low fat ingredients like low fat dressings. You can create a healthy meal with your grilled chicken by serving with fresh vegetables and nice long grain rice.

Sauces will make dishes higher in calories and fat. There are easy things you can replace those fatty ingredients to make it healthier. The dairy products you use can be purchased in low fat forms. You can buy skim milk, low fat yogurt to use for sauces. Instead of using butter, you can use margarine. Try to use low sodium broths or stocks to create your sauce. Your dish will have all of those great flavors with a lot less fat and calories. As always, fresh herbs will add great flavors.
